Book Review: Body In The Waves

This is one of those stories that draws you in right away with the summery mood and the lovely blue Croatian sea you visualize. Amidst the parties and beach life is a tragic tale of a young woman who has to escape her stalker. On the surface, Natalija is your usual pretty Croatian girl who loves fashion and hopes to be a top designer one day. Despite the trauma that has happened to her in the past, she’s a strong spirit. But her wits are tested when an evil face greets her one day – years after she was assaulted by him. In true thriller style, she must escape the one who wants to make her life a living hell – and he’s not alone. He’s got a gang of pals who enjoy raping and tormenting women. The way that the guys talked about themselves vs. how they talked about women was cringe and angering, but true to the characters.

You won’t be able to stop turning the pages of this one – at least, I wasn’t! I was able to read this thriller in one sitting. I’d like to thank the author for giving me this opportunity to read and review her book for free. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you read her story!

You can purchase Body In The Waves on Amazon in ebook and in print! You can also give the author a follow on Goodreads and on Twitter. She’s got a few titles under her name. 🙂
