Blogmas Bonus: Holiday-Themed Home Workouts

Hey everyone! Forgive me if you think this post is silly, but I got the idea that it would be fun to post some of the dance workouts I’ve been doing that are holiday-themed. I enjoy working out at home and switching things up. I’ve found these to be really fun. Most of them are fairly low impact and there’s no equipment needed. 🙂 They only take 8-20 minutes of your time and you’ll feel a healthy cardio high after. I’ve added two stretch workouts at the end.

Be safe – don’t force any movements that aren’t working for you and be sure to go at your own pace. Stretch afterwards to ensure your muscles don’t get tight and to help relieve any tension in the body. Most importantly, I hope you find these fun! ❤
