Action movie in a book with an unforgettable twist!

Dean Tongue’s books always grip me and this action movie in a book is no exception. This was a page turner that throws you into the plot and action right away. The characters, as always, are well-written and jump out at you from the page.

The twist at the ending really got me. It’s an intelligent, but heart breaking conclusion to the 90s-style action flick vibe. I’m literally shook and you will be, too. I love the lesson as well that vengeance always ends up causing more pain and chaos, regardless of who did what. It’s very sad, but in a sense there’s redemption as well. Great book, Dean! I can’t wait to read your next story.
