That’s what Gary’s wife told him after he witnesses the brutal attack of an off duty police officer. After telling the police what he saw and describing the attackers he is able to identify the main perpetrator as vicious local thug Johnny Banter, and the police issue a warrant for his arrest.

Only problem is that word spreads fast and Johnny finds out about it. Needless to say he is none too happy that somebody has spoken to the police about him and he sets out to find who ratted him out. Johnny will stop at nothing and is willing to tear the city apart in the hope that it will lead him to a confrontation with a terrified Gary.

Book Review:

A gritty, fast-paced read about a man who witnessed an off-duty cop getting beaten up by thugs. When his wife (Who happens to be very brave and bad ass by the way!) tells him to do the right thing, he makes a statement at the police station, but then word gets around and the main thug, Johnny, hunts him down – terrorizing more innocent people as he tries to find the one who ratted him out. I thought this was very well written and the characters are so realistic. This book keeps you turning the pages to find out what happens next. Another great read by Dean Tongue!
