I have two books set to read for April! I’m switching gears from what I normally read (Dramas, dystopian, thrillers, or historical fiction) and I’m going with a couple of “chick lit” books. One has more of a dark edge to it while the other seems like it’ll be a rom-com.

As a single girl who’s been dating on and off over the years myself, I’m sure I’ll find the MCs relate-able (But hopefully not too much so haha). I also happen to like the author Kat Gray personally – she’s a lovely Twitter personality and has a great vibe. She actually recommended Hot Girl Summer, so it’ll be fun to check out and support another lady author.

Since it’s Indie April, I’ll be picking out 3-5 new books via Twitter. I’ll schedule my new indie picks for May/June once they’ve been chosen. In the meantime, I look forward to exploring these two books over the coming weeks. The reviews will follow soon, so stay tuned. 🙂
