I loved the film noir vibes of this crime mystery novel. I enjoyed the suspense and the climax close to the end was shocking when we get to see who the true killer is. The budding love story amidst the crime fighting was a nice balance with a lovely ending nostalgic to a classic film. A must read for anyone who enjoys film noir or suspense.
