Looking Forward: My Blogging Goals For 2023

I don’t want to stick with any major goal or plan, but I want to stay true to my inspiration. This blog will continue to be a place where I post reviews for indie books (and sometimes a mainstream book if one happens to catch my eye). I’ll also be sharing some photography and any thoughts that come to mind that I feel could be helpful to others. I’ve found that letting things go with the flow is always the best bet when it comes to creativity.

More people have seen my books through this blog and in turn I have discovered some amazing authors here, too! I have been amazed at the support as far as sales go from WordPress. December has been one of my best months all year for book sales and I want to thank everyone who has bought one (or a few) of my books. It truly means a lot. Particularly when you’re used to making 3 sales in a month tops, seeing 10 sales on your dashboard means a great deal, especially for the end of the year.

I plan to support more authors on WordPress next year (in addition to Twitter) as there are many writers on WordPress who are releasing some great books.

I look forward to seeing what everyone else will be up to on their blogs next year as well. I really hope that you all have a wonderful rest of December and a happy new year to come. I’ll be blogging regularly and hope you will be, too.

  3. That sounds good to me. As for me, I will continue posting about Leonbergers, including Leonberger books and sometimes great indy authors. I don’t post any non-Leonberger & non-indy-author book reviews on my blog but I post those reviews on Amazon and Goodreads.

    However, I am hoping to start a second blog too, on mind blowing facts or insights that make you change your view of the world if you accept them. They have to be known to be true and no vague claims, conspiracy theories or popular BS. You can check that with the expert literature in the field. Despite being accepted facts there are a ton of astonishing facts people don’t know about and a lot of important realities most of us get totally wrong. I’ve come across quite a few myself, but my intent is to ask for suggestions, research them, and then make a post if they turn out to be true.

    Also, congratulations for the rise in sales of 10 in your dashboard that must be very inspiring to you as the year ends. I also have some goods news to share, My blog “Mens Fashion & Style by Mthobisi” has just received 1, 337 likes and I have a scheduled post that is coming and will be published on Christmas Day , I am so proud of myself for the progress I am making and will still be making much bigger in the New Year.

    There is still a lot of blogs to create and that is my small goal for now then after some time get large goals and accomplish them
